- ANNÉE 1
1 ENVIRONMENTAL CHALLENGES 60h
Acquiring and understand the scientific knowledge of the ecological transition, based on planetary limits, the major socio-environmental challenges facing societies and companies today, how these issues are multidimensional, at different scales, and require a systemic approach in a 360-degree vision
Target skills: acquire analytical skills, know how to approach an issue in a systemic way.
2 FRAMEWORKS FOR RESILIENT COMPANIES AND A SUSTAINABLE STRATEGY - 60h
Understand corporate structures, how companies adopt sustainable and resilient practices that align with the environmental, economic and societal goals of their organizations. Explore the challenges posed by global change and the new uncertainties, the new risks for companies and their supply chains, concerns that shape corporate responsibilities.
Targeted skills: understanding how a company is organized around the challenges of sustainable development. Knowledge of the regulatory framework, and the possibilities for a resilient company, circular economy solutions, etc.
3 TOOLS, METHODS AND IMPLEMENTATION - 60hr
Design low-impact, more resilient and robust solutions for companies to integrate sustainable innovations into their strategies to remain competitive, with the help of multi-criteria analysis tools and methods based on life cycle principles. Support the development of action plans and sustainable strategies for these innovations
Target skills: implementing a resilient strategy, tools and methods (such as LCA, water and carbon footprint)
4 TRANSITIONS IN AN INTERNATIONAL CONTEXT - 120hr
Dealing with the multiple and complex challenges of major infrastructure projects in an international context, considering the need for development as well as social and environmental impacts, in a context of growing uncertainties. Learn how to bring together project teams and different levels of corporate decision-making within a common vision. Understand and consider the positions and expectations of different stakeholders, to co-construct sustainable strategies
Target skills: design and manage a low-impact project, analyze the positions of stakeholders in complex projects.
5 PROSPECTIVE AND TRAJECTOIRES - 150hr
For a responsible and resilient company, develop a foresight vision in the global sense by promoting anticipatory thinking, explore at different scales - local and global - methodologies and frameworks for future-oriented decision-making. Identify emerging trends, risks (climate, biodiversity, resources, etc.) and opportunities in the company's value chain and ecosystem. Analyze the objectives, stages and trajectories of a sustainable strategy for innovative, low-impact solutions.
Targeted skills: understanding issues at different scales, acquiring a global vision of a problem, understanding complexity, knowing how to communicate.
