Objectifs de formation : BTS Métiers de la mesure

Au cours de cette formation, les apprenants vont concevoir et mettre en œuvre des systèmes de mesure fiables dans des environnements industriels ou de laboratoire. Ils apprendront à analyser les besoins, définir un cahier des charges, sélectionner les méthodes et les équipements adaptés, puis installer et configurer les dispositifs d’acquisition et d’enregistrement. Ils seront amenés à préparer, réaliser et clôturer des processus de mesure en respectant les exigences de qualité, de sécurité, de santé et d’environnement.

La formation les amènera à identifier, exploiter et interpréter les résultats de mesure, à valider leur pertinence et à rédiger des diagnostics ou conclusions techniques claires. Les apprenants seront formés à gérer les instruments de mesure : leur chaîne de traçabilité, les opérations d’étalonnage et de maintenance, ainsi qu’à proposer des évolutions ou optimisations. Enfin, ils apprendront à organiser un projet de mesure en équipe : planifier les étapes, suivre les coûts, délais et qualité, et communiquer efficacement avec les parties prenantes à l’écrit comme à l’oral, en français et en anglais.

À l’issue du BTS, les apprenants seront prêts à intégrer des secteurs variés et à contribuer activement à l’optimisation et au contrôle des systèmes de mesure dans un environnement technologique exigeant.

Les métiers visés : BTS Métiers de la mesure

Les compétences développées dans le BTS Métiers de la mesure ouvrent l’accès à un large éventail de secteurs industriels et technologiques. Les apprenants peuvent évoluer dans la métallurgie, l’automobile, l’aéronautique, le spatial ou le ferroviaire, mais aussi dans les industries électrique, électronique, chimique, pharmaceutique, agroalimentaire ou dans les domaines liés à l’énergie, à l’eau et à l’environnement.

Leur expertise leur permet d’intervenir sur la conception, la mise en œuvre et le contrôle de systèmes de mesure, en garantissant la fiabilité des données et la qualité des process. Ces compétences sont particulièrement recherchées en recherche et développement, en contrôle qualité et en production industrielle.

Les titulaires du diplôme peuvent ainsi exercer comme techniciens de laboratoire ou d’essais (ROME H1503), techniciens de contrôle ou de tests de production (H1504, H1506), techniciens métrologues ou techniciens en R&D (H1210), contribuant pleinement à la performance et à l’innovation des entreprises.
